The design of heating systems is carried out according to DBN В.2.5-67:2013,relevant DBN according to the type of building, recommendations of equipment manufacturers and taking into account the wishes of the customer. Heat engineering calculation is performed taking into account the thermal conductivity of all layers of the enclosing structure, orientation from the sides of the light. The arrangement and dimensions of heating devices, collector nodes and pipeline routing are agreed with the customer before starting the heating design. When choosing visible elements of the heating system, the design of the premises is taken into account.

The design of the heating system includes:

  • Heat engineering calculation;
  • Hydraulic calculation;
  • Explanatory note;
  • Selection and placement of heating radiators;
  • Selection and placement of collector nodes;
  • Tracing heating risers and pipelines;
  • Floor plans with arrangement and binding of heating devices, collector nodes, pipelines;
  • Axonometric scheme of the heating system;
  • Connection diagram of the heating device, as well as the warm floor and walls;
  • Connection scheme of the collector node;
  • Specification of equipment and materials;

Required initial data for heating design:

  • Heated/heated area;
  • Floor plans, sections of the building;
  • Orientation of the building in the light;
  • Material/construction of floors/floors (on ground, on logs, thickness of floors with indication of layers);
  • Wall material/construction with specific weight, thermal conductivity coefficient, thickness of material layers in centimeters;

  • Availability of underfloor heating;
  • Floor material above underfloor heating pipes with specific weight, thermal conductivity coefficient, thickness of material layers in mm;
  • The material of the underfloor heating pipeline, the customer's wishes;
  • Type of heating devices;
  • Material of pipelines for radiator heating;
  • Performance of breeding, hidden, open;
  • Expected places for laying heating risers;
  • Temperatures in the premises;
  • Availability of ventilation in rooms, frequency of air exchange per hour.
