Design of thermal networks

Designing outdoor heating networks is a very complex and important part of designing in civil engineering.

Before starting the design of external heating networks, the customer must have the documents listed below, or order pre-design work performed by our specialists, which includes:

• object inspection;
• measuring work;
• clarification of initial data;
• load on the heating system, ventilation, technology, hot water supply (hot water supply) - the maximum and average value of Gcal (MW), these data are calculated when designing the internal system of OV, VK;
• location of an individual heating point;

• Documents confirming the lease or ownership of the premises (for existing facilities);
• Agreed master plan, relief organization scheme (for new construction);
• Plan in mastaba 1:2000 showing the building to be connected to the heating networks;
• A completed form with payer details.

The project of external engineering heat networks, as a rule, is carried out in conjunction with boiler house design, heating system design, water supply and sewerage design.In the process of designing external engineering heat networks, designers of VC (water supply and sewerage), EL (power supply) and low-voltage networks approve intersections among themselves and issue the final version of their sections of projects to construction and installation organizations.
