Design of individual heating points

Before starting the design of a heat point (central or individual heat point), our organization needs to obtain technical specifications from the customer for connecting or reconstructing a heat point.

After studying all the requirements of the energy supply organization, as well as all the wishes of the customer, we calculate the cost of design work for all sections of the working project.

As part of the working draft, according to DBN В.2.5-39:2008: :

Explanatory note;
Principal diagram;
Installation drawings and sections;
Hydraulic calculation;
Installation drawings of the heat metering unit;
Plan of arrangement of heat engineering equipment;
ITP or central heating automation schemes;
Electrical diagrams for connecting thermal mechanical equipment;
Summary specification;
Summary - estimate calculation;
Axonometric diagram.

Necessary initial data for the design of an individual heating point:

Heat loads for heating, ventilation, technology and DHW (hot water supply) average and maximum value;
ITP plan;
Building height;
Pressure in pipelines of heating networks in the supply and return pipelines;
Temperature graph of the heating network (150/70, 90/70) or another;

The design of an individual heating point - an industrial enterprise, an administrative building or a residential building, is usually carried out in conjunction with boiler house design, ventilation system design, water supply design and sewers.As a rule, the implementation of the project for the system of an individual heating point is developed jointly with heating networks design.
